Repeater Table in Cognos Report Studio

Repeater table use to repeat items on the report page e.g. mailing labels/addresses.

Open report studio and drag repeater table from the toolbox to the report page and click OK.

Drag table into Repeater table, enter 5 in the number of rows and click OK.

Now drag the query items from the package into the table.

Now, drag text items from toolbox and insert before Employee Name item as “Name”.

Similarly create text item for all the query items.

Select Repeater table and put 6 & 5 in the across and Down properties respectively.

Run the report.
